The heater installs easily into new or remodeled areas. Steel finned metal sheath electric heating elements with low sheath temperatures provide uniform heat and long service life. Rugged stamped steel front cover provides a down-flow air pattern Attractive Northern White finish. Built-in integral thermostat provides for a quick installation. Thermal overheat protectors disconnects power in event of overheating due to accidental blockage. Built-in power disconnect switch for added safety during maintenance. Built-in fan delay switch energizes fan motors only after elements are heated preventing the discharge of unheated air. When heat shuts off, the fan motor de-energizes after residual heat has been dissi-pated. Can be wired with standard 60C wire.
The Qmark EFQ Series electric wall heater is designed for recessed installation. The heaters may also be semi-recessed or surface mounted on walls (with an optional semi-recessed or surface mounting frame). When determining where to mount the heater, it is important to Keep combustible materials, such as crates, drapes, etc., away from heater. Do not install behind doors, furniture, towels, boxes, or where airflow to heater may be obstructed.
