Dimplex EWA Commercial Fan Forced Wall Heater

Supplied in two cabinet sizes, and a range of power output and voltages, the EWA Series heaters use a unique cast aluminum element design for rust-free long lasting operation. The units include built-in double pole thermostats and terminal blocks, allowing installers to choose from onboard or wall thermostat control.

Construction
Units are fan type and utilize the “Down Flow” principle of heated air delivery. Designed for recessed mounting within standard 16” stud centers and wall thickness. Rugged 20 gauge steel construction.

Heating Grid
The cast aluminum heating grid contains a nickel chromium resistance wire which is insulated in magnesium oxide and sheathed in a protective tubular stainless steel sheath. The entire tube is completely cast into an aluminum molded form, deeply embedded and completely safe. The finned design increases the heat radiating surface of the grid, giving wider distribution of heat at a safer, lower temperature than the heating element of any other wall heater.

Controls
A precision snap action hydraulic thermostat is included for positive temperature control when the rocker switch is on the ON position. The hydraulic capillary sensing element is located in the room inlet air stream to provide accurate temperature. The thermostat ranges from 40F (low) to 100F (high).
